What is Therapy and Counselling?
Therapy provides a safe, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences—especially those that may feel confusing, painful, or overwhelming. It offers the opportunity to talk openly with a trained professional who will listen without judgment and help you find clarity, relief, and new ways forward.
